Since 1995 V Installations (Mechanical Handling) Ltd has undertaken a wide variety of conveyor and Mechanical Handling projects. From specialised, purpose built unit applications, to re-organisation and/or refurbishment of customers existing systems. In addition, we offer a turn-key capability for complete material handling projects. Our primary focus is within the UK Automotive industry, however in recent years we have also successfully provided our services to heavy agricultural industries. 
The company has been accredited to ISO 9002:1994 since 1994, assuring that the quality of our products and services meet the stringent criteria of working within our chosen industrial markets. We aim to fulfil our customers requests from preliminary concepts or ideas through to final working applications. Our scope of service commences from the initial conceptual design and is completed upon the clients acceptance of the final installed system. |
Health & Safety

V Installations ensure that all personnel take all appropriate measures in due consideration of Health & Safety. We ensure that all our employees and subcontractors are fully inducted in the required HSE legislation that will apply to a particular installation and ensure that the required level of PPE is selected for a particular installation. We are fully converse with the requirements of the Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations and as/when necessary we comply fully with this legislation. Before commencement on any installation or construction project, we check that the relevant risk assessments have been drafted, agreed and documented for all phases of the project. |
Project Management

All contracts and installations are managed by a team of experienced project managers. A dedicated project manager is allocated to each contract to provide the client with a single point contact for the duration of the works. Our project managers are responsible for ensuring that the client is informed at all stages of the project, via regular communication and transmission of relevant progress documentation. |
