The Brief
A world-renowned engine manufacturer required 8no dollies to facilitate the storage of aircraft engines awaiting servicing. The dollies also had to be suitable to carry out the servicing works in-situ to eliminate the need for repeat handling.

The solution was designed by the customer working closely with our design and manufacturing departments.

The Results
The dollies were manufactured in our workshop in Solihull with customer oversight throughout the manufacturing process. The result was, despite their size, easily manageable fixtures which eliminated multiple processes and facilitated storage.
